Why Do I Need to Register?
In order to be fair, Nakheel limit one appointment per person per Sales release. Registration is, in our digital age, considered best practice and helps ensure transparency in all our dealings.
Once you register, you will have convenient access to booking appointments online and new services as they are introduced.
What Do I Need?
To register online and book an appointment
- an Internet connection
- a valid email address
- your passport number
- full contact details
To attend an appointment
This will vary from one Sales release to another, however all appointments require
- Your valid passport or 2 coloured photocopies or the page showing your photograph and identification details
- Your Dubai World Employee ID
- Your cheque book for a deposit
My Activation Email Has Not Arrived
Your confirmation email is an essential part of the registration process. If it does not arrive:
- Check your email application’s spam or junk folder or filter
- Check you have supplied the correct email address
- Please note some emails may be blocked by your ISP (Internet Service Provider)

Passport Number
This is the official number of your passport and is usually found on the same page as your name and other details. It is often embossed or printed throughout the passport. If you are in any doubt about your passport number consult your local issuer. When registering do not include spaces or special characters. Letters and numbers only.
Country of Passport Issue
Your passport will list you as a citizen of a specific country. This is the country you should enter.
